Our online 200 hour teacher training is two trainings in one and recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Learn to teach and become certified in Hatha yoga and Aerial yoga. Yoga Alliance approved. Take at your own pace, anywhere and at anytime.

This training creates an opportunity to explore the yoga postures on the mat and with an aerial hammock as a prop. Journey into yourself and learn how yoga is about self love, self acceptance and self healing. Even if you do not plan to teach, this will be an experience of a lifetime.

AIReal Yoga is safe for all levels and helps make yoga accessible to Every-Body. The training is crafted so you leave with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become a yoga and aerial yoga instructor. Our focus will be in alignment based and accessible Hatha Yoga first, then we will learn how the hammock can be the ultimate prop for yoga.

AIReal Yoga uses a single point hammock as a yoga prop. The hammock allows you to deepen your stretch, correct your alignment, and safely perform inversions. This form of yoga is beneficial for beginners and advanced students alike. You will be practicing your fitness in the air, defying gravity, moving freely, releasing fear, and floating into a deeper understanding of your wellness.
